If an earring is worn that has a tendency to fall forward or turn under, it loses the
desired effect as well as causes discomfort to the ear. The purpose of the earring
stabilizer is to correct this problem. The actual piece is a traditional earnut with a
crescent shaped wire attachment. This piece is worn with the wire attachment facing
up, which adds support to the back of the ear, allowing the earring to sit squarely and
upright on the ear.
This will take the earring out of the shadow and allow the stones to catch the light
properly.
